Working Principle
There is an eccentric bump set in the pump cavity. When the flexible blade leaves the eccentric block, the volume between the blades continuously increases, creating a vacuum, which enables the liquid to be continuously sucked into the inlet part of the pump cavity.
When the flexible blade rotates, it carries the liquid from the suction part of the pump cavity to the discharge part.
When the flexible blade comes into contact with the eccentric bump again, it bends and is accompanied by a squeezing action, causing the liquid to be discharged from the pump cavity continuously and without pulsation, thus completing the whole process of suction and discharge.

Features and Advantages
Small Size, Large Flow Rate: The product has a small volume, but it has a strong conveying suction capacity and can achieve large flow rate transportation.
No Pulsation in Liquid Flow: The output liquid flow is stable and there will be no pulsation, which is beneficial to ensuring the transportation quality of materials such as soybean curd.
Strong Self-priming Ability: The self-priming height without liquid can reach up to five meters of water column. There is no need for additional liquid filling operation, and it is convenient to start.
Wide Range of Applicable Media: It can handle fluids and semi-fluids with a viscosity of up to 5000 centipoises. It can transport gas-containing liquids and foamy liquids without gas resistance, and can also transport media with suspended hard and soft particles without causing damage to the pump and the media, meeting the transportation needs of different materials in the soybean curd production process.
No Damage to Sensitive Media: The gentle action of the pump will not damage shear-sensitive and thixotropic media, making it suitable for transporting materials like soybean curd, which are soft in texture and easily affected by shear force.
Good Hygiene: All the wetted metal parts are made of SUS304 and AISI316 stainless steel. The specially designed pump cavity has no dead corners, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished, meeting the 3A and GMP standards, ensuring the hygiene requirements in the food processing process.
Convenient Maintenance: The pump head can be quickly disassembled and installed for cleaning, meeting the requirements of CIP (Clean In Place) cleaning (up to 120 degrees Celsius), which can effectively reduce the downtime and improve production efficiency.
Flexible Installation: The inlet and outlet can rotate 360 degrees with the pump head to adapt to the pipeline connection. The directions of the inlet and outlet can be interchanged by adjusting the rotation direction of the motor, making it convenient for installation and use in different production layouts.
Quiet Operation: The flexible impeller, which is a rotatable component in the pump cavity, has no metal contact during operation, and it works quietly, which is conducive to creating a relatively quiet production environment.
Lower Cost: Compared with competitive pump types, it has the advantages of small investment, low maintenance and usage costs.

Maintenance
Daily Maintenance: After each shutdown, according to the nature of the conveyed materials, select the corresponding cleaning agent to effectively clean the pump, and then rinse it thoroughly with clean water to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the pump. Regularly check the appearance of the pump to ensure there is no residual material, no leakage, and all components are firmly connected.
Lubrication Maintenance: Keep good lubrication conditions for components such as the transmission gears and rolling bearings of the pump. Regularly observe the oil level in the gearbox to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range. The lubricating oil should be replaced regularly, and it is generally necessary to replace all of it after running for 4000 hours. At the same time, ensure the purity and cleanliness of the oil quality.
Seal Inspection: Regularly check the seals of the pump, including the sealing rings for static parts and the mechanical seals for moving parts. If there are scratches, bruises on the sealing rings or leakage in the mechanical seals, etc., timely handling or replacement should be carried out.
Component Inspection: Check the wear conditions of rotating components such as the rotor and blades. If there are components with severe wear, they should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation and conveying performance of the pump. At the same time, check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor shaft. The deviation of the outer circle of the coupling measured up, down, left and right should not exceed 0.1mm, otherwise it will cause the vibration of the pump and affect the service life of the main shaft.
Maintenance for Long-term Shutdown: If the pump is out of use for a long time, first drain all the materials in the pump, then clean it. After drying off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, assemble it well and store it properly. Before reusing it, first turn the coupling by hand. There should be some resistance when feeling it by hand, but it can be turned freely and with uniform weight, and pay attention to distinguish whether there is any friction sound or foreign matter inside the pump.
