Working Principle
Piston Type: Through the reciprocating motion of the piston inside the cylinder body, the mango jam is sucked from the material cylinder into the piston chamber and then pushed into the packaging container, achieving quantitative filling with relatively high measurement accuracy.
Gravitational Type: Utilizing the gravity of the mango jam, it is allowed to flow from the storage tank through the pipeline into the quantitative cup or filling head below. When the set amount is reached, it flows into the packaging container. This type is suitable for low-viscosity mango jam.
Screw Type: Relying on the rotation of the screw to push the mango jam forward, quantitative filling is achieved by controlling the rotation speed and the number of rotation turns of the screw, enabling precise control of the filling amount.
Structural Composition
Filling System: The core part, including the material cylinder, piston, filling valve, etc., is responsible for sucking and filling the mango jam.
Transmission System: It provides power for the filling machine and drives the movement of each component, such as the motor, speed reducer, gears, chains, etc.
Control System: Composed of PLC, touch screen, sensors, etc., it can realize the setting and control of parameters such as the filling amount, filling speed, and filling time.
Conveying System: It includes components such as the conveyor belt, bottle feeding star wheel, and bottle discharging star wheel, which are used to transport empty packaging containers and the filled finished products.
Capping System: For bottled mango jam, it completes actions such as grasping the bottle cap, putting on the cap, and screwing the cap to ensure the packaging is sealed.

Maintenance
Daily Maintenance: After the production ends every day, the residual mango jam on the surface and inside of the filling machine should be cleaned up in a timely manner to prevent the jam from drying and affecting the performance of the equipment. Check whether the connections of each component are loose and whether the transmission components are operating normally.
Regular Maintenance: Regularly check and replace key components of the filling machine such as the piston, sealing ring, filling valve, etc. Add lubricating oil to the transmission components and check and maintain the electrical system to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
