Working Principle
Through the rotation of the rotor of the rotary pump inside the pump body, a change in volume is formed, sucking the mango jam from the material cylinder and conveying it to the filling head. Then, the servo motor precisely controls the rotation speed and the number of rotation turns of the rotor to achieve the quantitative filling of the mango jam.
Structural Composition
Filling System: It includes the material cylinder, rotary pump, filling head, etc., and is the core component for realizing the filling of mango jam.
Transmission System: Composed of components such as the motor, speed reducer, and coupling, it provides power for the rotary pump and other moving parts.

Maintenance
Daily Maintenance: After each use, the residual mango jam on the surface and inside of the equipment should be cleaned up in a timely manner to prevent the jam from drying and affecting the performance of the equipment. Check whether the connections of all components are loose, whether the transmission components are operating normally, and whether there are abnormal phenomena such as overheating and short circuits in the electrical components.
Regular Maintenance: Regularly check and replace vulnerable parts such as the rotor and seals of the rotary pump. Add lubricating oil or grease to components such as the speed reducer and motor of the transmission system, and conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the electrical system.
