Precautions for Use:

Operation: Before use, fill the pump with enough liquid storage. It is strictly prohibited to start the pump without liquid or with insufficient liquid storage; after connecting the power supply, jog the pump first to check whether the rotation directions of the motor and the pump are consistent; install a safety valve at the pump outlet and equip it with an overcurrent protection device; do not use the inlet pipeline valve to adjust the flow to avoid cavitation.
Maintenance: Regularly observe the oil level through the sight glass of the bearing box and replenish it in a timely manner; frequently check whether the pressure gauge, safety valve, and overcurrent protection device are normal; clean the filter monthly within one year after the new pump is installed; after conveying a high-viscosity and coagulable medium, the medium in the pump should be diluted before stopping the pump.
