Working Principle
The rotor pump uses rotating screws or rotors to push the liquid. The rotor pump filling machine is composed of a pair of rotating screws or rotors, which suck in the liquid from the inlet and discharge it into the container through rotational motion. Taking the NYP rotor pump as an example, it is based on the principle of internal meshing. The pitch circles of the internal and external gears are closely adjacent to one side, and the other side is separated by the "crescent plate". The driving gear (outer rotor) drives the driven gear (inner rotor) to rotate in the same direction inside the fully enclosed pump body, and there is no liquid trapping phenomenon. During rotation, the pump casing and the crescent plate separate the suction port from the discharge port, creating a negative pressure to suck in the liquid. After the liquid is carried to the discharge port by the rotor, it is discharged out of the pump body under pressure, thus achieving the transportation of the liquid.
