Working Principle
Through the rotational movement of the rotor pump, the material is extracted from the storage container and conveyed to the filling head, and then the filling head injects the material into the container to be filled. During the filling process, the filling volume can be precisely controlled by adjusting the rotation speed, rotation time, or stroke of the rotor pump.
Structural Features
Rotor Pump: It is the core component of the filling machine, composed of a pump casing, rotors, etc. It has excellent sealing performance and self-priming ability, and can adapt to liquid materials with different viscosities, ensuring smooth conveyance and accurate measurement of the materials.
Dual-head Design: Equipped with two filling heads, it can fill two containers simultaneously. Compared with a single-head filling machine, the filling efficiency is doubled.
Metering System: Generally, it adopts electronic metering or volumetric metering methods, which can accurately control the filling volume. The filling accuracy can usually reach around ±0.5% to ±1%.
Anti-drip Device: An anti-drip device, such as a valve or a sealing gasket, is installed at the filling head to prevent material dripping after the filling is completed, keep the working environment clean, and reduce material waste.
Operation Panel: It is usually equipped with a simple and easy-to-understand operation panel, which is used to set parameters such as the filling volume and filling speed, and the operation is convenient and quick.

Limited Production Speed: Although the dual-head design has improved the filling efficiency, compared with multi-head fully automatic filling machines, its production speed is still slower, and it is difficult to meet the production needs of large scale and high efficiency.
