Working Principle: Relying on two rotors that rotate synchronously in opposite directions, suction force (vacuum degree) is generated at the inlet during the rotation process, so as to suck in the shrimp paste material. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces. As the rotors operate in sequence, the shrimp paste is conveyed to the outlet. In this way, through continuous repetition, the continuous conveying of shrimp paste is realized.

Stable Conveying: There is a certain gap between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump body, with no friction coefficient. It operates stably, ensuring that the shrimp paste will not be damaged during the conveying process and maintaining its original structure and quality.
Good Passability: It has a large flow channel, which can adapt to the shrimp meat particles and other substances that may be contained in the shrimp paste. It is not prone to blockage and can convey shrimp paste with a relatively high solid content.
Strong Self-priming Ability: With a high-precision clearance fit between the rotors and the housing, it has a strong self-priming ability and can quickly suck in the shrimp paste material without the need for additional priming or pump filling operations. The self-priming height can reach up to 9 meters, and the horizontal self-priming distance can be more than 100 meters.
Hygienic and Environmentally Friendly: The components in contact with the shrimp paste usually adopt 304 or 316L stainless steel materials that meet food hygiene standards, and the seals are made of food-grade materials such as silicone rubber and fluororubber to ensure non-toxicity, corrosion resistance, and no pollution to the shrimp paste.
