Working Principle
Servo Motor Drive: The servo motor is used to control the stroke of the plunger to achieve filling measurement. Through high-precision dynamic adjustment and response capabilities, the filling speed and pressure are precisely controlled. Operators input target parameters such as filling volume, speed, and pressure through the PLC or HMI. The servo control system generates control signals to drive the filling valve or liquid pump to work, and starts to precisely control the liquid flow rate and pressure. The built-in sensor monitors the parameter changes during the filling process in real time, and feeds the data back to the servo control system. The system automatically adjusts the motor speed and output pressure according to the feedback signals to ensure the stability of the filling process.
Function Separation Principle: Some filling machines adopt the function separation principle, that is, no liquid replenishment during the filling process, and no filling during the liquid replenishment process, which overcomes the instability of liquid replenishment at the same time in the floating filling method.
Structural Composition
Material Conveying System: It includes hoppers, conveying pipelines, valves, and pumps, etc., which are responsible for conveying the cleaning agent from the storage tank to the filling head. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel or plastic materials are mostly used.
Measurement System: It is composed of a servo motor, a plunger, a metering cylinder, etc. The stroke of the plunger is precisely controlled by the servo motor to achieve high-precision filling measurement.
Filling Head: It directly contacts the packaging container for filling, and there are various forms, such as needle type, ball valve type, etc. Some are equipped with anti-drip devices and can be selected according to the characteristics of different cleaning agents and packaging containers.
Control System: It is composed of PLC, touch screen, etc., to form a full-color touch screen human-machine interface. The entire filling process can complete the setting of the filling volume and the number of filling heads through the touch screen on the device for automatic filling, and the process basically realizes one-click operation.
