Working Principle
It is mainly composed of a stainless steel cam rotor pump, a servo motor, a quantitative control system, etc. The cam and the rotor inside the pump cooperate with each other. When the servo motor drives the cam to rotate, it drives the rotor to turn. During the rotation of the rotor, multiple closed working chambers are formed inside the pump. In the suction stage, the volume of the working chamber increases, generating negative pressure to suck in the materials. In the discharge stage, the volume of the working chamber decreases, squeezing the materials and pushing them to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system accurately controls the filling volume by controlling the rotation speed and rotation time of the servo motor.
Structural Design
Transmission System: Generally, it includes a motor, a speed reducer, a transmission chain, etc., providing power for the movement of various components of the filling machine.
Measuring System: Such as measuring containers, load cells, etc., responsible for quantitatively measuring the materials.
Filling System: Composed of components such as filling heads and filling valves, it precisely fills the materials into the containers.
Control System: Usually, touch screens, PLCs, etc. are used to precisely control the operation of the entire filling machine.
