Working Principle
The rotor pump is a rotating positive displacement pump. It changes the working volume through the relative motion between the rotor and the pump body, increasing the energy of the liquid. It has the property of positive displacement, and the flow rate does not change with the backpressure. Relying on two rotors that rotate synchronously in opposite directions, a suction force is generated at the inlet to draw in the material. The rotors divide the rotor chamber into small spaces and operate in a specific sequence, so that the medium is transported from the inlet to the outlet. Through continuous circulation, the continuous transportation of the material is realized, thus precisely injecting the filling into the bread or puff.
Structural Composition
Rotor: It is an important part of the rotor pump and rotates in the pump cavity. Its name varies in different rotor pumps. For example, it is called a gear in a gear pump and a screw in a screw pump, etc.
Pump Cavity: It refers to the entire space inside the pump that accommodates the liquid being transported. The liquid enters the pump cavity from the inlet and leaves from the outlet after obtaining energy.
Pump Shell: The part that surrounds the pump cavity, also known as the pump body or pump chamber.
Pump Cover: The component that seals the end of the pump body to form the pump cavity. It is usually designed to be easily opened, which is convenient for replacing vulnerable parts without separating the pump body from the motor or removing the pipeline.
Jacket: Steam or cooling water is passed through the jacket as needed to heat or cool the medium.
Pump Shaft Seal: A sealing device to prevent leakage at the adjacent part between the pump shaft and the pump body. Mechanical seals and packing seals are commonly used.

Precise Quantification: At a certain working frequency, the output flow rate depends on the volume of the working chamber and the working efficiency, and has nothing to do with the discharge pressure, medium temperature, viscosity, etc. It can accurately control the filling amount and ensure that the filling content of the products is consistent.
Strong Adaptability: In principle, it can transport any medium and is not limited by physical and chemical properties. It can adapt to a variety of fillings, including high-viscosity fillings and fillings containing particles. It can also transport three-phase mixed materials such as gas, liquid, and solid.
Strong Self-priming Ability: When there is a liquid film on the surface of the rotor, the pump has self-priming ability, and the maximum suction lift can reach 8.5 - 9.5 meters, which can reduce the additional auxiliary equipment in the process of filling transportation.
Hygienic and Environmentally Friendly: The streamlined structure of the rotor, and the absence of dead spots and non-metallic parts in the rotor chamber avoid contamination of the transported substance, comply with food hygiene standards, and are suitable for the transportation of sanitary-grade media.
Smooth Operation: The liquid is transported smoothly without pulsation, with small vibration and low noise, which can create a relatively quiet production environment. At the same time, it is beneficial to protecting the structure and quality of the filling.
