Working Principle
Piston Quantitative Principle: Commonly, the quantitative piston filling method is adopted. The equipment drives the piston to make reciprocating motion in the cylinder through a motor. When the piston moves backward, the filling is sucked into the cylinder from the hopper; when the piston moves forward, the quantitative filling is extruded through the injection head and injected into the bread or puff. By controlling the stroke and movement speed of the piston, the filling amount can be precisely controlled.
Gear Pump Quantitative Principle: The rotation of the gear pump is used to convey the filling. The motor drives the gears to rotate, and the meshing between the gears conveys the filling from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet. Quantitative filling is achieved by adjusting the rotation speed of the gears, the gear ratio, etc. This method is suitable for conveying high-viscosity fillings, has a high filling precision, and can maintain the uniformity of the filling.
Structural Composition
Hopper: It is used to store the filling to be injected. It usually has a certain capacity and may be equipped with a stirring device to prevent the filling from settling or solidifying and ensure the fluidity of the filling.
Quantitative Conveying Mechanism: Such as the above-mentioned piston cylinder assembly or gear pump, etc., is a key component to achieve quantitative filling and can precisely control the conveying amount of the filling.
Injection Head: It is a component that injects the filling into the bread or puff. Its shape and size can be replaced according to different product requirements to adapt to different filling positions and product specifications. Some injection heads may also have a heating function to prevent the filling from cooling and solidifying during the injection process.
Control System: Generally, it is controlled by a touch screen PLC. Operators can set parameters such as the filling amount, injection speed, and injection time on the touch screen, and can also perform operations such as starting, stopping, and fault diagnosis of the equipment. In addition, some equipment may also have an electric eye tracking function, and the filling is only carried out when the product reaches the designated position to avoid the waste of the filling.
Features and Advantages
Precise Quantification: It can accurately control the filling amount, ensure that the filling content in each bread or puff is consistent, the product quality is stable, and it helps to enhance the brand image and consumer satisfaction.
Improve Production Efficiency: It can realize automated continuous production, greatly reducing the workload and time of manual filling, improving production efficiency, and reducing production costs.
Wide Application Range: It can not only be used for filling bread and puffs, but also for other similar baked goods, such as cakes, mochi, etc. At the same time, according to the characteristics of different fillings, such as viscosity, temperature, etc., the equipment can be adjusted and configured accordingly.
Hygiene and Safety: The equipment is usually made of food-grade stainless steel and other materials, which meets food hygiene standards, is easy to clean and maintain, and ensures the safety and hygiene of the food production process.
