Working Principle
Taking the magnetic gear pump as the core component, a pair of meshing gears is utilized. One of them is the driving gear, which is driven to rotate by a driving device such as a servo motor, and the other is the driven gear, which rotates along with the driving gear. When the gears rotate, on the side where the tooth spaces of the gears are connected to the liquid storage tank, the space of the tooth spaces increases, forming a local low pressure. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the alcoholic beverage is pressed from the liquid storage tank into the tooth spaces, realizing the extraction of the alcoholic beverage. As the gears continue to rotate, the tooth spaces filled with the alcoholic beverage turn to the position connected to the outlet pipeline. The connection between the tooth spaces and the inlet is cut off, and the liquid is sealed. The meshing of the gears reduces the volume of the tooth spaces, squeezing the alcoholic beverage out from the outlet and filling it into the target container.
