This kind of filling machine is suitable for filling high-viscosity meat glue. The filling volume can be controlled by adjusting the pressure and filling time. It has a fast filling speed and can adapt to packaging containers of different shapes and sizes.
Negative Pressure Filling Principle
Differential Pressure Vacuum Type: Keep the inside of the liquid storage tank at normal pressure, and only evacuate the inside of the packaging container to form a certain degree of vacuum. The meat glue flows into the packaging container and completes the filling relying on the pressure difference between the two containers.
Gravity Vacuum Type: Keep the liquid storage tank and the packaging container in a nearly equal vacuum state, and the meat glue flows into the container by its own weight. This method can reduce the contact between the meat glue and air, is suitable for meat glue products that are sensitive to oxygen, can also increase the filling speed, and reduce the residue of meat glue.
Siphon Filling Principle: Using the siphon principle, the meat glue is sucked from the liquid storage tank into the container through the siphon tube until the liquid levels of the two are equal. This method has a simple structure and a low cost, but the filling speed is relatively slow, and there are certain requirements for the viscosity and cleanliness of the meat glue. It is suitable for filling low-viscosity meat glue without particles and is more commonly used in some small-scale productions or occasions where the requirement for filling speed is not high.
