Working Principle
Piston Filling Principle: Through the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder barrel, the meat glue is sucked from the material cylinder into the piston cavity, and then pushed to the filling head to achieve quantitative filling. The filling machine with this principle has a relatively high filling accuracy and is suitable for filling meat glue of various viscosities.
Screw Filling Principle: Utilizing the rotation of the screw, the meat glue is transported from the hopper to the filling head, and the filling volume is controlled by controlling the rotation speed and the number of rotation turns of the screw. The screw filling machine is suitable for filling meat glue with high viscosity and poor fluidity, and can provide a stable filling flow rate.
Gravity Filling Principle: The meat glue flows from the hopper into the filling head under the action of gravity, and the filling volume is controlled by controlling the opening and closing time of the valve of the filling head. This filling machine has a simple structure and a low cost, but the filling accuracy is relatively low, and it is suitable for occasions where the requirement for filling accuracy is not high.
Structural Composition
Hopper: It is used to store the meat glue to be filled, usually with a large volume to ensure the need for continuous filling. Some hoppers are also equipped with a stirring device to prevent the meat glue from precipitating or caking in the hopper.
Measuring Device: It is the core component of the meat glue filling machine, used to precisely control the filling volume of the meat glue. Common measuring devices include piston measuring cylinders, screw measuring devices, electronic weighing measuring systems, etc.
Filling Head: It accurately injects the measured meat glue into the casing, packaging bag or container. The design of the filling head varies according to different filling objects and process requirements. For example, some filling heads have a sealing function, and some need to be used in conjunction with subsequent sealing equipment.
Drive System: It provides power for each component of the filling machine to enable it to operate normally. The drive system is usually composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a transmission chain or belt, etc.
Control System: It is used to control the entire working process of the filling machine, including functions such as starting, stopping, setting the filling volume, adjusting the filling speed, and fault alarm. The control systems of modern meat glue filling machines mostly use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen operation interfaces, which are simple and convenient to operate and have high control accuracy.
Performance Characteristics
High Filling Accuracy: By adopting advanced measuring devices and control systems, high-precision filling of meat glue can be achieved, and the error can be controlled within a small range to ensure the stability of product quality.
Fast Filling Speed: It has high work efficiency and can meet the needs of large-scale production. Some high-speed meat glue filling machines can complete dozens or even hundreds of filling operations per minute.
Easy to Operate: The operation interface of the equipment is simple and intuitive, and the operators can master the operation method skillfully after simple training. At the same time, the equipment also has functions such as automatic alarm and automatic shutdown, which is convenient for maintenance and management.
Wide Application Range: It can be applied to the filling of different types and viscosities of meat glue, such as pork glue, beef glue, mutton glue, etc., and can also be used for filling casings, packaging bags or containers of various shapes and sizes.
Hygienic and Safe: The components in contact with the meat glue are all made of food-grade stainless steel or other materials that meet the hygiene standards, and are easy to clean and disinfect to ensure the hygienic safety of the products.
Maintenance and Upkeep
Daily Cleaning: After each use, the filling machine should be cleaned in a timely manner to remove the remaining meat glue and dirt. When cleaning, attention should be paid to prevent water from entering the electrical components to avoid short circuits and damage to the equipment.
Regular Inspection: Regularly inspect each component of the filling machine, such as the measuring device, filling head, drive system, control system, etc., to ensure its normal operation. When components are found to be worn or damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.
Lubrication Maintenance: According to the requirements of the equipment operation manual, regularly lubricate the moving parts of the filling machine to reduce wear and extend the service life of the equipment.
Calibrate the Measuring Device: To ensure the filling accuracy, the measuring device should be calibrated regularly. Standard weights or other calibration tools can be used for calibration operations to ensure accurate measurement.
