Basic Principle: The cam-type fish paste pump is a positive displacement pump, consisting of two synchronously rotating cam rotors. A sealed cavity is formed between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump casing. As the rotors rotate, the sealed cavity is continuously formed, expanded, and reduced. When the sealed cavity expands at the inlet, a negative pressure is created, and the fish paste is sucked into the pump. When the sealed cavity rotates with the rotors to the outlet, the sealed cavity shrinks, and the fish paste is squeezed out of the pump body, thus realizing the suction, conveying, and discharge of the fish paste.
Specific Process: First is the suction stage. The rotors inside the pump body rotate with the cam, causing the fish paste at the suction port to be sucked into the pump body. Next is the compression stage. As the contact area of the rotors increases, the sucked-in fish paste is compressed. Finally, it is the discharge stage. The compressed fish paste is forced out of the relatively smaller outlet. Throughout the whole process, the rotation of the cam drives the rotors to rotate in the pump cavity, and the fish paste is continuously sucked in and discharged, forming an uninterrupted conveying process.

Strong Self-Priming Ability: It can be quickly started without the need for additional liquid guiding devices. It can easily suck the fish paste from the storage container into the pump, and it can still suck the fish paste smoothly even if the storage position of the fish paste is relatively low.
Good Particle Passability: There is a certain gap between the rotors and the pump casing, allowing particles of a certain size, such as fish bones and shrimp shells in the fish paste, to pass through smoothly, and it is not easy to cause blockages.
High Hygiene Performance: With a simple structure, there are no complex internal structures or dead corners. It is easy to disassemble and clean, which can effectively prevent the residue of fish paste and meet food hygiene standards.
Low Pulsation Conveying: The output flow is uniform during operation, with small pulsation. It can reduce the impact on the fish paste conveying pipelines and equipment, ensuring the stability of the fish paste conveying process.
Capable of Conveying High-Viscosity Media: It can easily handle high-viscosity fish paste, has a wide applicable viscosity range, and can maintain a stable flow rate within a relatively wide viscosity range, ensuring the smooth conveying of the fish paste.
Application Scenarios
Food Processing Industry: In addition to being used for the conveying of fish paste, it can also be used for the conveying of viscous food slurries such as fruit jams, syrups, chocolate pastes, and peanut butters, providing strong support for the ingredients, filling, and other links in food production.
Chemical Industry: It can convey some high-viscosity chemical slurries with a certain particle size, such as resins, coatings, adhesives, etc.
Sewage Treatment Industry: In the sewage treatment process, it can efficiently convey the viscous slurries containing a large amount of sludge to the dewatering equipment, improving the sewage treatment efficiency.
