Common Types and Working Principles
Screw Pump: Relying on the mutual meshing between the screw and the bushing, a certain degree of vacuum is formed in the suction chamber, and the fish paste is sucked in. As the screw rotates, the fish paste is continuously pushed from the suction chamber to the discharge chamber and finally discharged from the outlet.
Cam Rotor Pump: Two or more mutually meshing cam rotors rotate inside the pump casing. When the rotors rotate, a negative pressure is formed at the inlet, and the fish paste is sucked into the pump. Then, as the rotors rotate, the fish paste is pushed to the outlet and discharged. A certain gap is maintained between the rotors and the pump casing, which can not only ensure the smooth conveying of the fish paste but also reduce the shearing and grinding of the fish paste.
Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump: Using compressed air as the power source, the volume of the pump chamber is changed through the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm. When the diaphragm moves to one side, the volume of the pump chamber increases, forming a negative pressure, and the fish paste is sucked into the pump chamber; when the diaphragm moves to the other side, the volume of the pump chamber decreases, and the fish paste is squeezed out of the pump chamber and discharged through the outlet.
