Working Principle
Liquid Suction by Volume Change: There is usually an eccentric bump in the pump cavity. When the flexible blades move away from the eccentric bump, the volume between the blades continuously increases, creating a vacuum state. This enables the liquid to be continuously sucked into the inlet part of the pump cavity under the action of atmospheric pressure.
Liquid Conveyance by Rotation: When the flexible blades rotate, the liquid is carried from the suction part of the pump cavity to the discharge part.
Liquid Discharge by Extrusion: When the flexible blades come into contact with the eccentric bump again, they bend and are accompanied by an extrusion action, causing the liquid to be discharged from the pump cavity continuously and without pulsation, thus completing the entire process of suction and discharge.
Structural Features
