Working Principle
Relying on the two rotors that rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, a suction force is generated at the inlet during the rotation process, thus sucking in the materials to be conveyed. The two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces. As the rotors rotate, the medium in these small spaces is successively conveyed to the outlet.
Structural Features
Elastomer Rotor: The rotors made of elastomer materials, such as twisted-leaf rubber rotors, have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and flexibility. The sealing between this kind of rotor and the pump body is excellent, which can effectively prevent the leakage of the medium. At the same time, it can also reduce wear and noise.
Synchronous Gear Transmission: Through a pair of synchronous gears in the synchronous gearbox, the two rotors are driven to rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the rotor movement and making the operation of the pump more reliable.
Compact Structure: Components such as the pump body, gearbox, and reduction gearbox are integrated into one unit, featuring a compact structure, small floor space, and being convenient for installation and maintenance. Meanwhile, this structure also helps to reduce the vibration and noise of the pump during operation.
Performance Parameters
Flow Rate: The flow rate range of different models of CRP cam rotor pumps varies. Generally speaking, the flow rate can be adjusted within a relatively wide range to meet the needs of different users. For example, the flow rate of some small CRP-3Z-10 cam rotor pumps may be between several cubic meters and dozens of cubic meters per hour, while the flow rate of large pumps can reach hundreds of cubic meters per hour.
Head: The head is also an important performance index of the cam rotor pump. It can usually reach dozens of meters or even hundreds of meters, meeting the requirements of different conveying heights.
Self-priming Height: It has a strong self-priming ability. The self-priming height can generally reach several meters, and for some high-performance pumps, the self-priming height can even reach more than 8 meters. There is no need to fill the liquid before starting, and it can quickly suck in the medium and start conveying.
Rotational Speed: The rotational speed can usually be adjusted within a certain range, generally ranging from dozens of revolutions per minute to hundreds of revolutions per minute, and can be adjusted according to the actual conveying requirements.
