Working Principle
Rotor Pump Principle: It is mainly composed of a pump casing and a rotor. When the servo motor drives the rotor to rotate, multiple closed working chambers are formed between the rotor and the pump casing. During the suction stage, the volume of the working chamber increases to create negative pressure, sucking the liquid fertilizer from the storage tank into the pump. During the discharge stage, the volume of the working chamber decreases, the liquid fertilizer is squeezed, and the pressure rises, so it is pushed to the filling outlet.
Filling Principle: The empty container enters the working area of the filling machine through the conveying system, and the sensor positions it at the filling position. The filling head descends to align with the opening of the container. According to the set parameters, the servo system accurately controls the conveying volume of the liquid fertilizer by controlling the rotation speed and rotation time of the servo rotor pump, and fills the fertilizer from the storage tank into the container through the filling head according to the set amount. After the filling is completed, the filling head rises and the container moves out of the working area.
Structural Composition
Feeding System: It includes a material tank for storing liquid fertilizer and pipes connecting the material tank and the rotor pump, which play the role of storing and initially transporting the fertilizer.
Power and Transmission System: It consists of a servo motor and a rotor pump. The servo motor provides power for the rotor pump and drives the rotor inside the pump body to rotate to drive the liquid fertilizer to flow.
Filling Execution System: It is mainly the filling head, which is located at the lower part of the equipment and accurately fills the liquid fertilizer transported from the rotor pump into the container.
Control System: Usually, PLC and touch screen are used, which can realize the precise setting and adjustment of parameters such as filling volume, filling speed and intermittent time, and can also conduct fault diagnosis and alarm.
Conveying System: It is composed of a conveyor belt, transmission devices, etc., and is used to transport empty bottles to the filling station and transport the filled finished bottles to the next process.
Performance Characteristics
High Filling Accuracy: Using the precise delivery of the rotor pump and the precise control of the servo motor, the filling error is small.
Wide Application Range: It can handle various liquid fertilizers with different viscosities, and can fill both low-viscosity clear liquid fertilizers and high-viscosity paste fertilizers.
Good Hygienic Performance: Most of the components in contact with the fertilizer are made of stainless steel and other materials, which meet the hygienic requirements of fertilizer production and are easy to clean.
High Stability: The rotor pump operates stably. During long-term filling operations, it can maintain stable flow and pressure and reduce equipment failures.
Easy to Operate: With a high degree of automation, the filling parameters can be easily set and adjusted through the control system.
