Working Principle
Suction Process: When the motor drives the cam rotor to rotate, a series of sealed chambers are formed between the cam on the rotor and the inner wall of the pump casing. At the inlet of the pump, these chambers gradually expand to form a negative pressure, thereby sucking the resin solution into the pump.
Conveying Process: As the rotor continues to rotate, the sealed chambers move together with the resin solution, gradually conveying the resin solution from the inlet to the outlet.
Discharge Process: At the outlet of the pump, the chambers gradually decrease in size to form a positive pressure, discharging the resin solution out of the pump and achieving continuous transportation of the resin solution.
Structural Components
Cam Rotor: It is the core component of the pump, usually consisting of two synchronously rotating rotors. The cam on the rotor cooperates with the inner wall of the pump casing to form a sealed chamber, realizing the suction, conveyance and discharge of the resin solution.
Shaft Seal: It is used to prevent the resin solution from leaking and can be designed as packing seal or mechanical seal according to different working conditions to ensure the tightness and reliability of the pump.
