The 3G three screw pump includes the 3G universal type,3GC marine type,and special type.The three screw pump is a rotary displacement pump.Due to the mutual engagement of the spiral grooves on the active screw and the driven screw,as well as their cooperation with the inner surface of the three holes of the liner,several stages of dynamic sealing chambers are formed between the inlet/outlet of the pump.These dynamic sealing chambers continuously move the liquid from the pump inlet/outlet to the pump outlet/outlet,and gradually increase the pressure of the delivered liquid,thereby forming a continuous,stable,and axially moving pressure liquid.
The liquid conveyed by the 3G three screw pump is various lubricating liquids that do not contain solid particles,corrosive oils,and similar oils.The viscosity of the conveyed liquid is 1.2-100E(3.0-760cst),and high viscosity liquids can also be transported by heating and reducing viscosity.

Important instructions for starting up the 3G triple screw pump:
1.It is strictly prohibited to idle without any medium.Before starting the vehicle,please be sure to add lubricating medium or conveying medium.
2.It is strictly prohibited for all debris,welding slag,etc.to enter the pump chamber.It is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the pump chamber and the interior of the pipeline.
3.It is strictly prohibited to use pipeline filters or Y-shaped filter devices.When configuring filters,please ensure that the filtering area is 20-30 times the cross-sectional area of the pump inlet/outlet diameter.And correctly configure the mesh size of the filter screen based on the cleanliness of the medium.
4.It is strictly prohibited for the inlet/outlet pipes of the pump to be mismatched with the inlet/outlet pipes of the pump.The pipe diameter configuration should be consistent with the inlet/outlet diameter of the pump.To prevent cavitation or inability to self suction.Thin pipelines can lead to cavitation,causing the pump to operate in a state of insufficient capacity,resulting in a decrease in flow and pressure of the three screw pump group,and even abnormal vibration and noise.Long term operation can also cause serious damage to the pump and screw pump.
5.The installation height of a three screw pump needs to fully consider the cavitation conditions of the pump and the self-priming capacity of the pump(the cavitation allowance is related to the viscosity and speed of the medium and the lead of the screw).
6.Due to the effects of packaging,transportation,lifting and unloading,as well as pipeline bolt fastening,the original factory positioning of the pump may change or even be severely misaligned.Therefore,after the installation and fixation of the three screw pump piping system is completed,the coaxiality of the three screw pump and motor should be rechecked before starting and driving.
7.It is strictly prohibited to start the machine with back pressure and close the inlet/outlet valves.
8.It is strictly prohibited to start rotation in a direction that does not comply with the pump rotation label.
