The filling machine is mainly divided into three parts: storage tank, filling host, and variable frequency speed control transmission module. The filling box of the filling machine is located at the top of the equipment. It is a normal pressure system with a liquid level sensor and a feed solenoid valve. Tank. The liquid material transported in the previous process enters the storage tank through an electromagnetic valve. When the appropriate liquid level is reached, the liquid level sensor will send a signal to close and stop feeding; When the surface of the material descends to the specified position, it automatically opens. Input solenoid valve. At the bottom of the storage tank, the discharge port is connected to the suction pipe of the filling host through a pipeline. When the host is working, the liquid in the storage tank of the filling machine is sucked into the piston cylinder and injected into the bottle through a nozzle.

The filling main device is the main equipment for completing the filling operation. The front of the host is equipped with multiple filling heads, and there are liquid collection cylinders on both sides, with each cylinder corresponding to a filling head. The liquid in the storage tank is sucked into the cylinder, then squeezed and poured into the corresponding bottle through the filling head. The micro cylinder on the head of the filling machine drives a small piston to open and close the nozzle of the filling head, acting as a valve. At the beginning of filling, insert the nozzle into the bottle and open the small piston at a certain distance from the bottom of the bottle to start filling. Fill the head and edges until the filling is complete, then close the nozzle and lift it up to the position of the bottle. On one side of the gas station, there are two cylinder driven stoppers (one at the bottle mouth and one at the bottle mouth) used in conjunction with the bottle opening device on the gas station for filling.

The filling machine conveyor module bottle enters the bottle from the conveyor belt, starts the bottle, extends the bottle output cylinder, and intercepts the empty bottle from the bottle output stopper. Install a photoelectric switch at the entrance to detect the number of bottles. When the number of filling heads is the same as the number of filling heads, the feeding cylinder will be extended, the feeding port will be blocked, and the conveyor motor will stop running. After filling is completed, the filling head of the filling machine rises, the discharge cylinder retracts, the conveying motor rotates again, and the filling bottle is sent out.
