working principle:
The magnetic gear pump is mainly composed of a pump head, a magnetic transmission (magnetic cylinder), an electric motor, a base, and other parts. The magnetic actuator consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the isolation sleeve and drive the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact synchronous transmission of power and transforming the easily leaking dynamic sealing structure into a zero leakage static sealing structure, thus solving the problems of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking".
The material is transported from the storage tank to the filling head by the magnetic gear pump, and then filled into the container according to the set amount.
Structural composition:
Hopper: Used to store liquid materials to be filled, usually located at the top of the equipment to ensure material supply.
U-shaped pipeline: connects the hopper and magnetic pump to transport materials. U-shaped design may help balance pressure and stabilize material flow.
Magnetic pump: The core components include the pump body, front flange, rear flange, and magnetic gear assembly. The magnetic gear assembly includes an active magnetic wheel, a spacer, and a driven magnetic wheel, which are driven by magnetic force to transport liquids.
Servo motor: provides power for the magnetic pump, drives the gears inside the pump body to rotate, and thus drives the flow of liquid.
Filling head: located at the lower part of the equipment, it accurately fills the liquid delivered from the magnetic pump into the container. The design and structure of the filling head will affect the accuracy and speed of filling.
