Working Principle

Servo System Control: The servo motor receives pulse signals from the controller to precisely control the motor's rotation angle and speed, thereby achieving accurate control over the position, movement speed, and spreading volume of the spreading head.
Rotor Pump for Filling Conveyance: The rotor pump consists of a pump casing and a rotor. The rotor rotates inside the pump casing to form a sealed chamber. As the rotor turns, the volume of the chamber changes, sucking the filling from the inlet and then extruding it through rotational pressure from the outlet to the spreading head for application.

Structural Components

Filling Storage System: Comprises a hopper, mixing device, and liquid level sensor. The hopper stores fillings such as cream and jam; the mixing device prevents sedimentation and layering of the filling; the liquid level sensor monitors the filling level in real time to facilitate timely refilling.
Conveyance System: Mainly includes a servo rotor pump, pipelines, and valves. The servo rotor pump transports the filling from the hopper to the spreading head; pipelines connect all components; valves control the filling's flow path and rate.
Spreading System: Includes a spreading head, lifting device, and rotating device. The shape and size of the spreading head can be replaced according to different cake specifications and spreading requirements. The lifting and rotating devices enable the spreading head to move up/down and rotate over the cake surface for uniform application.
Control System: Typically uses a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with a touchscreen for operation. Operators can set parameters such as spreading thickness, speed, and number of layers on the touchscreen. The PLC controls the operation of the servo motor and rotor pump based on these parameters to achieve automated spreading.
