Hot-load maltose filling machine is a device specially used for filling hot maltose. The following will introduce it from the working principle, structural composition, characteristics and application dimensions:

Working Principle
Piston-type Filling Principle: Maltose is sucked in and extruded through the reciprocating motion of a piston within a cylinder. When the piston moves backward, a negative pressure is formed in the cylinder cavity, and maltose enters the cylinder under atmospheric pressure. When the piston moves forward, the maltose in the cylinder is extruded through the filling nozzle into packaging containers, achieving quantitative filling.
Measuring Principle: Generally using volumetric measurement, the filling volume of maltose is accurately controlled by precisely regulating the piston stroke or the operating frequency and rotational speed of the filling pump, ensuring high filling accuracy (e.g., within ±1%).

Structural Components
Storage Tank: Used to store hot maltose to be filled, typically equipped with heating and heat-insulation functions to maintain maltose fluidity and prevent solidification or caking. The tank may also have a stirring device to keep the temperature and concentration of maltose uniform.
Filling Nozzles: Components that directly fill maltose into packaging containers, with their quantity determined by the filler model and production capacity. Filling nozzles usually feature special designs (e.g., anti-drip devices) to avoid maltose dripping outside the containers after filling, ensuring packaging quality.
Conveyor System: Includes conveyors, bottle unscramblers, etc., to transport packaging containers (e.g., bottles, cans) to the filling position and discharge them after filling. The bottle unscrambler organizes messy containers into neat alignment for filling.
Heating and Temperature Control System: To ensure maltose fluidity during filling, the filler is equipped with heating devices (e.g., electric heating elements, steam heating jackets), along with temperature sensors and controllers to monitor and control maltose temperature in real time, keeping it within the set range.

High-precision Filling: Advanced measurement systems and control technologies enable high-precision quantitative filling, ensuring consistent filling volumes for each bottle or bag of maltose to meet product quality requirements.
High-temperature Resistance: Components in contact with maltose (e.g., pipelines, valves, filling nozzles) are made of high-temperature-resistant materials, capable of withstanding the erosion of hot maltose to ensure stable operation and long service life.
Anti-drawing and Anti-dripping: Special filling nozzle designs and control programs effectively prevent maltose drawing and dripping during filling, keeping packaging containers and the work environment clean and improving product appearance quality.

Application Fields
Food Processing Industry: Mainly used in maltose production enterprises to fill cooked hot maltose into glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans, and other packaging containers for storage, transportation, and sales. Additionally, in some pastry and confectionery production enterprises, it can fill maltose as a filling or additive into corresponding food products.
Condiment Industry: In the production of certain condiments using maltose as a raw material or additive (e.g., malt syrup, honey maltose sauce), hot-fill maltose fillers can fill products into packaging containers of various specifications to meet market demands.
