Working Principle
The gear pump filling machine is a positive displacement pump that achieves liquid extraction and filling through the rotational movement of gears. Its specific working process is as follows:


  1. Liquid Suction: When the gear pump starts to rotate, liquid is drawn from the storage tank into the tooth spaces of the gears. The tooth spaces are connected to the inlet, and the liquid enters the pump cavity as the gears rotate.

  2. Gear Closure: After the liquid is sucked into the tooth spaces, the connection between the tooth spaces and the inlet is closed, sealing the liquid within the tooth spaces, which no longer communicates with the liquid in the storage tank.

  3. Liquid Discharge: As the gears continue to rotate, the liquid is carried to the outlet of the pump. When the liquid reaches the outlet, the valve opens, and the liquid is discharged from the gear pump into the soy sauce bottle through the filling head. The gears continue to rotate, repeating the processes of suction and filling to achieve continuous quantitative filling. Since the gear pump is a positive displacement pump, it has a stable flow rate with minimal pulsation, enabling precise control of the filling volume to meet the 280ML quantitative filling requirement.
