Working Principles
Gravity Filling: It relies on the weight of the liquid itself to generate flow, allowing soy sauce to flow out from the orifice of the liquid storage tank or measuring cylinder for filling under atmospheric pressure. When the soy sauce bottle is transported to the filling station, the filling head descends to an appropriate position above the bottle mouth. The soy sauce flows into the bottle under gravity, and the filling head stops filling when the liquid level in the bottle reaches a certain height.

Piston Filling: Soy sauce is sucked and pushed through the reciprocating motion of a piston. The liquid in the filling machine's storage tank is drawn into the piston cylinder and then squeezed into the soy sauce bottle through the filling head. The filling volume can be precisely controlled by adjusting the piston stroke, thus achieving quantitative filling of 280ML.

Structural Components
Feeding System: Mainly includes a liquid storage tank, feeding pipeline, and valves. The storage tank is used to store a large amount of soy sauce; the feeding pipeline transports soy sauce from the storage tank to the filling head; and the valves control the flow of soy sauce to ensure it only enters the filling process when needed.

Filling System: As the core part of the filling machine, it consists of multiple filling heads, each equipped with an independent drive device and metering device. The drive device controls the lifting and movement of the filling head, while the metering device accurately measures and controls the amount of soy sauce filled each time to ensure filling precision.

Conveying System: Typically composed of a conveyor belt, rollers, and transmission devices. Control System: Generally controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) combined with a touchscreen. Operators can set various parameters on the touchscreen, such as filling volume, filling speed, and the number of filling heads. The PLC controls the operation of each component according to the set parameters to automate the entire filling process.
