Equipment Structure and Functions
Feeding System: It is usually equipped with a hopper and an automatic feeding device. The hopper is used to store a large amount of foot cream raw materials. The automatic feeding device can automatically transport the cream to the feeding port of the gear pump according to the filling progress, ensuring the continuity of raw material supply and reducing manual intervention.
Filling System: This is the core part, consisting of a servo motor, a gear pump, and a filling head. The design of the filling head ensures that the cream can be accurately injected into the packaging container. Moreover, the height, angle, and quantity of the filling head can be adjusted according to different container specifications and filling requirements.
Packaging Container Conveying System: It includes a conveyor belt, a positioning device, and fixtures, etc. The conveyor belt is responsible for transporting the packaging containers to be filled from the feeding port to the filling position, and then transporting the filled containers to the next process. The positioning device and fixtures ensure that the containers maintain an accurate position during the filling process, preventing shaking and deviation, and ensuring the accuracy of filling.
Tail Sealing System: For foot creams in tubular packaging, the tail sealing system adopts heat sealing or cold sealing technology to seal the filled hoses. In the heat sealing method, the material at the tail of the hose is melted and bonded together by heating, while cold sealing achieves sealing by using special glue or pressing technology. The tail sealing system can automatically complete operations such as tail cutting and edge folding, making the packaging appearance neat and beautiful.
Control System: It is the "brain" of the equipment, usually adopting an advanced PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or touch screen control system. Operators can easily set various parameters through the touch screen, such as the filling volume, filling speed, specifications of the packaging container, etc. The control system also has functions of fault diagnosis and alarm. It can monitor the running status of the equipment in real time. Once a fault occurs, it will immediately issue an alarm and display the fault information, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot the problem.
Working Process
Feeding: Pour the foot cream raw materials into the hopper, and the automatic feeding device transports the raw materials to the feeding port of the gear pump. At the same time, empty packaging containers are placed at the feeding end of the conveyor belt and move forward along with the conveyor belt.
Positioning: When the packaging container reaches the filling position, the positioning device and fixtures fix it accurately to ensure that the container will not move during the filling process.
Filling: The controller drives the servo motor to drive the gear pump to rotate according to the preset filling volume parameters, and precisely fills the foot cream from the pump body into the packaging container through the filling head.
Conveying: The filled packaging container continues to move forward along with the conveyor belt and enters the tail sealing system.
Tail Sealing: The tail sealing system seals the packaging container. After completion, the finished product is transported to the discharge port, waiting for subsequent packaging and inspection.
