Working Principle
Drive and Transmission: Powered by a servo motor, through an accurate control system, the servo motor can precisely control the rotation speed and direction according to preset parameters. The power of the motor is transmitted to the gear pump, driving the gears of the gear pump to rotate.
Fluid Conveyance: During the rotation of the gears in the gear pump, different chambers are formed inside the pump body. When the gears disengage, the volume of the chamber gradually increases, creating a negative pressure that sucks the chocolate into the pump body from the feed inlet. When the gears mesh, the volume of the chamber gradually decreases, and the chocolate is squeezed, generating pressure, thus discharging the chocolate from the discharge outlet and realizing the conveyance of the chocolate.
Metering Control: Through the precise control of the servo motor and the structural characteristics of the gear pump itself, precise metering of the conveyed amount of chocolate can be achieved. According to production requirements, the volume or weight of chocolate required for each filling can be set in the control system, and the servo motor drives the gear pump to carry out precise filling according to the set amount.
Structural Composition
Servo Motor: It provides power for the filling machine, ensuring the stable operation and precise control of the equipment.
Gear Pump: It is a key component for realizing the conveyance and metering of chocolate. It usually consists of two meshing gears, one of which is the driving gear and the other is the driven gear. The chocolate is sucked in and discharged through the rotation of the gears.
Feeding System: It includes a feeding hopper, feeding pipeline, etc., and is used to convey the chocolate raw materials to the inlet of the gear pump.
Discharging System: It is composed of a discharging pipeline, nozzles, etc., and guides the chocolate discharged from the gear pump into the molds or containers to be filled.
Control System: It is used to set and control the working parameters of the filling machine, such as the filling amount, filling speed, motor rotation speed, etc. Advanced control technologies such as PLC or touch screens are usually adopted to achieve automated operation and precise control.
Frame and Housing: They are used to support and fix various components of the filling machine, ensuring the stability and safety of the equipment. At the same time, they also play a role in protecting the operators and preventing the leakage of chocolate.
