Here are some methods to solve the problem of insufficient flow of flexible rotor chili oil pump:

Publication time:2025-03-30

Inspect and Repair Rotor Wear
Regularly Inspect the Rotor: Establish a regular inspection system. During each equipment maintenance, carefully check the wear condition of the flexible rotor. Measuring tools such as calipers can be used to compare the key dimensions of the rotor with the original specifications to determine the degree of wear.
Replace Severely Worn Rotors: If the rotor wear exceeds the specified range, a new rotor should be replaced in a timely manner. Select a rotor with reliable quality and matching the pump model, and ensure that its material can adapt to the characteristics of the chili material. For example, use wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials.
Optimize Operating Conditions: Avoid the long-term operation of the pump under high load and high speed to reduce unnecessary wear. At the same time, ensure that parameters such as the conveying temperature and viscosity of the chili material are within the suitable working range of the pump. For example, control the temperature of the chili paste within a certain range to prevent abnormal material viscosity caused by too high or too low temperature, which may exacerbate the wear of the rotor.
Clean the Suction Pipeline
Regularly Clean the Filter: Formulate a reasonable cleaning cycle. According to the impurity content of the chili material, determine to clean the filter on the suction pipeline once a week or once a month. When cleaning, remove the filter and rinse it with clean water or an appropriate solvent to remove impurities such as attached chili skins and seeds.
Check the Pipeline for Smoothness: In addition to the filter, also check whether the entire suction pipeline is blocked or bent and deformed. For the blocked parts, dredging tools can be used for cleaning; for the deformed pipeline, replace or repair it in a timely manner to ensure that the inner diameter of the pipeline is consistent and the liquid can pass through smoothly.
Install a Pre-Filtration Device: To further reduce the entry of impurities into the pump, a pre-filtration device such as a coarse filter screen or a magnetic filter can be installed on the suction pipeline to filter out larger particles of impurities and ferromagnetic substances in advance.
Inspect and Adjust the Pump's Rotation Speed
Check the Motor and Power Supply: Use tools such as a voltmeter and an ammeter to regularly check whether the power supply voltage and current of the motor are normal. If the voltage is insufficient, check the power supply line to eliminate faults and ensure that the motor can obtain the rated voltage. At the same time, check whether there are faults such as short circuits and open circuits in the motor windings. If there are any problems, repair or replace the motor in a timely manner.
Check the Transmission Components: For pumps using belt drive, gear drive and other methods, check whether the connections of the transmission components are loose, whether the belt is slipping, and whether the gears are worn. If there is looseness, tighten it in a timely manner; if the belt is slipping, adjust the tension or replace the belt; if the gears are worn, replace the gears to ensure the transmission efficiency and maintain the normal rotation speed of the pump.
Install a Rotation Speed Monitoring Device: To monitor the rotation speed of the pump in real time, a rotation speed monitoring device such as a rotation speed sensor or a tachometer can be installed. Once an abnormal rotation speed is found, adjustments and repairs can be carried out in a timely manner to avoid affecting the flow rate of the pump due to rotation speed problems.
