Working Principle
The servo motor serves as the power source. With its high-precision control performance, it precisely drives the operation of the rotor pump. Structural Composition
Storage Tank: It is used to store the gel to be filled. It is usually equipped with a liquid level monitoring device, such as a liquid level sensor, which can provide real-time feedback on the liquid level information to prevent the gel from overflowing or being insufficient and ensure the continuity of the filling process. At the same time, in order to maintain the appropriate fluidity of the gel, the storage tank may also have heating or insulation functions.
Rotor Pump: Composed of a rotor, a pump casing, seals, etc., it is the core component of the filling machine. The rotor is specially designed to effectively convey the gel during the rotation process while ensuring the sealing performance and preventing the gel from leaking. The pump casing is usually made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials to meet the filling requirements of gels with different properties. The PLC system precisely controls the actions of the servo motor and the filling head according to the preset parameters, achieving the automatic control of the entire filling process.
