The servo magnetic gear pump citric acid filling machine is a device specially used for citric acid filling. Its working principle, structural composition, performance characteristics and application scope are as follows:

Working Principle
The servo motor provides power and precisely controls the operation of the magnetic gear pump. The driving gear of the magnetic gear pump is connected to the drive shaft of the servo motor, and the driven gear interacts with the driving gear through a magnetic coupling. When the servo motor drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate synchronously through magnetism. During the meshing and separation process of the gears, a sealed cavity is formed, which extracts the citric acid from the storage tank and transports it to the filling head through pipelines.
The PLC control system precisely adjusts the rotation speed and direction of the servo motor according to the preset filling parameters, such as filling volume and filling speed, so as to accurately control the flow rate and flow direction of the magnetic gear pump and achieve the quantitative filling of citric acid. The valves and nozzles inside the filling head, under the control of the PLC system, accurately control the outflow volume and outflow speed of the citric acid to ensure the accuracy and stability of the filling.
Structural Composition
Storage Tank: It is used to store the citric acid solution to be filled. It is usually equipped with a liquid level sensor to monitor the liquid level in real time, preventing the citric acid from overflowing or being insufficient and ensuring the continuity of the filling process.
Magnetic Gear Pump: The core component is composed of a pump casing, a driving gear, a driven gear, a magnetic coupling, etc. The gears are made of corrosion-resistant materials to adapt to the acidic environment of citric acid. The magnetic coupling realizes the contactless transmission between the motor and the pump, avoiding the leakage problem that may occur in traditional mechanical seals and improving the sealing performance and safety of the equipment.
Servo Motor: It provides precise power for the magnetic gear pump, featuring fast response speed and high control accuracy. It can quickly adjust the rotation speed and direction according to the filling requirements to ensure the filling accuracy and efficiency of citric acid.
Filling Head: It can be replaced according to different bottle shapes and filling requirements. It is equipped with high-precision valves and nozzles inside. The valves are used to control the on-off of the citric acid, and the nozzles are designed to enable the citric acid to flow into the packaging container evenly and stably, avoiding dripping and splashing.
PLC Control System: Human-machine interaction is realized through a touch screen. Operators can conveniently set parameters such as filling volume, filling speed, and the number of filling heads on the touch screen. The PLC system controls the actions of the servo motor and the filling head according to the preset parameters, realizing the automatic control of the entire filling process. At the same time, it also has functions of fault diagnosis and alarm, which is convenient for timely detection and handling of problems during the operation of the equipment.
Performance Characteristics
High-precision Filling: The precise cooperation between the servo motor and the magnetic gear pump makes the filling accuracy extremely high. The filling error can be controlled within a very small range, generally within ±1%, meeting various high-precision filling requirements.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: In view of the acidic characteristics of citric acid, the contact components of the equipment, such as the storage tank, magnetic gear pump, pipelines, and filling head, are all made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene, effectively preventing the corrosion of the equipment by citric acid and extending the service life of the equipment.
No Leakage Risk: The magnetic coupling transmission mode of the magnetic gear pump avoids the leakage problem of traditional mechanical seals, ensuring that the citric acid will not leak during the transportation and filling process. This not only ensures the safety and cleanliness of the production environment but also reduces material waste.
High Degree of Automation: The entire production process, from the transportation and positioning of the bottles to the filling and capping of the citric acid, can be automatically completed by the equipment, greatly reducing manual operation, improving production efficiency, and also reducing the errors and uncertainties caused by manual operation.
Convenient Cleaning: The equipment is designed with a structure that can be quickly disassembled and assembled, making it convenient to thoroughly clean components such as the storage tank, pump body, pipelines, and filling head, preventing the pollution of subsequent filling caused by the residue of citric acid and ensuring the stability of product quality.
Application Scope
It is mainly applied to the filling of citric acid and its related solutions in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. For example, in the food industry, it is used for the addition and filling of citric acid in products such as beverages, jams, and canned foods; in the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for the precise filling of citric acid solutions in the drug production process; in the chemical industry, it is used for the filling production of various chemical products containing citric acid.
