Working Principle
The rotor pump is driven to operate by a servo motor. The rotor of the rotor pump rotates inside the pump casing to form a sealed chamber, which extracts the cleaning agent from the storage tank and pushes it to the filling head. Under the precise control of the PLC control system, the filling head accurately controls the outflow speed and flow rate of the cleaning agent according to the set parameters, achieving quantitative filling.
Structural Composition
Storage Tank: It is used to store the cleaning agent to be filled. It usually has a liquid level monitoring device that can provide real-time feedback on the liquid level information to prevent material overflow or shortage.
Rotor Pump: The core component, composed of the rotor, pump casing, seals, etc., is responsible for transporting the cleaning agent from the storage tank to the filling head.
Servo Motor: It provides power for the rotor pump. By precisely controlling the speed and rotation direction of the motor, it can achieve precise control over the flow rate and flow direction of the rotor pump.
Filling Head: It can be replaced according to different bottle shapes and filling requirements. There are valves and nozzles inside it, which can accurately control the filling volume and filling speed of the cleaning agent.
PLC Control System: It is a human-machine interaction interface. Parameters such as filling volume, filling speed, and the number of filling heads can be set on the touch screen to achieve automatic control of the entire filling process.
