Cleaning the Equipment

Especially around the conveyor belt of the bag feeding system, the filling head, the sealing part, and the cutting knife, to prevent the dried residual soap from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Wipe the touch screen and the operation panel with a soft damp cloth to keep their surfaces clean and avoid damage caused by liquid entering the interior.
Inspecting the Components
Check whether there are any signs of looseness, wear, or damage in components such as the hopper, vibrator, and conveyor belt of the bag feeding system. If there are any problems, tighten or replace them in a timely manner.
Check whether there are any leaks in the metering pump and the filling head of the filling system, and whether the seals are in good condition. If there are leaks, promptly find out the cause and replace the seals.
Check whether the heat-sealing elements of the sealing system are deformed or damaged, and whether the heat-sealing pressure is uniform. If there are any abnormalities, adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
