Daily Maintenance
Cleaning the Equipment
After the end of each day's work, the residual liquid soap, dust, debris, etc. on the surfaces of all components of the packaging machine should be promptly cleaned. Especially around the conveyor belt of the bag feeding system, the filling head, the sealing part, and the cutting knife, to prevent the dried residual soap from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Wipe the touch screen and the operation panel with a soft damp cloth to keep their surfaces clean and avoid damage caused by liquid entering the interior.
Inspecting the Components
Check whether there are any signs of looseness, wear, or damage in components such as the hopper, vibrator, and conveyor belt of the bag feeding system. If there are any problems, tighten or replace them in a timely manner.
Check whether there are any leaks in the metering pump and the filling head of the filling system, and whether the seals are in good condition. If there are leaks, promptly find out the cause and replace the seals.
Check whether the heat-sealing elements of the sealing system are deformed or damaged, and whether the heat-sealing pressure is uniform. If there are any abnormalities, adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
Confirm whether the cutting knife of the cutting system is sharp, whether it is firmly installed, and whether the driving mechanism is operating normally.

Clean the filter of the filling system to prevent impurities from blocking the metering pump and the filling head, which may affect the filling accuracy.

Monthly Maintenance
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the conveyor belt of the bag feeding system. If there is severe wear or deformation, replace it in a timely manner. At the same time, check the drive motor and the speed reducer of the conveyor belt, and replenish or replace the lubricating oil.
Disassemble and inspect the metering pump, clean the internal parts, and replace the severely worn components, such as the impeller and the sealing ring, etc., to ensure the metering accuracy.
Check the heat-sealing mold of the sealing system. If it is deformed or damaged, repair or replace it. At the same time, clean the surface of the heat-sealing mold to remove dirt and oxides and ensure the heat-sealing quality.
Grind or replace the cutting knife of the cutting system to ensure that the cutting knife is sharp. Check the drive motor and the transmission mechanism of the cutting knife, and tighten all the connecting bolts to ensure the accuracy of the cutting action.
