Malfunctions of the Bag Feeding System
Unsmooth bag conveying: It may be that the bags in the hopper are unevenly piled up, leading to blockage; the vibration frequency of the vibrator is not appropriate, and the bags cannot be effectively conveyed; there are sundries on the surface of the conveyor belt or the conveyor belt is worn, affecting the conveying of the bags; there are quality problems with the bags themselves, such as dimensional deviations, the material being too hard or too soft, etc., making it difficult to convey them smoothly.
Inaccurate bag positioning: The sensor of the positioning device malfunctions and cannot accurately sense the position of the bag; the conveying speed is too fast, causing deviations when positioning the bag; the mechanical transmission components are worn, resulting in a decrease in positioning accuracy.
Malfunctions of the Filling System
Inaccurate filling volume: The metering pump malfunctions, such as wear of internal parts, aging of seals, etc., resulting in inaccurate metering; the filling head is blocked or damaged, affecting the normal outflow of liquid soap; the parameter settings of the control system are incorrect, and the operation time or rotation speed of the metering pump is not correctly controlled.
Leakage during filling: The seal between the filling head and the bag is poor, which may be due to damage to the gasket or improper installation; the viscosity of the liquid soap is not appropriate, and its fluidity is too strong, causing it to overflow during the filling process; the filling pressure is too high, breaking through the bag or causing the liquid to overflow around the filling head.
Malfunctions of the Sealing System
Weak sealing: The heat sealing temperature is not high enough to fully melt and bond the bag mouth material; the heat sealing time is too short, and the bag mouth cannot be completely sealed; the heat sealing pressure is insufficient, resulting in an insufficiently tight fit of the bag mouth; there is residual liquid soap at the sealing position, affecting the sealing quality.
Deformation or wrinkles at the sealing position: The heat sealing temperature is too high, causing excessive melting and deformation of the bag mouth material; when sealing, the bag is not placed smoothly, resulting in wrinkles at the sealing position; the surface of the heat sealing mold is uneven or there are foreign objects, affecting the sealing effect.
Malfunctions of the Cutting System
Uneven cutting: The cutter is severely worn, and the blade is not sharp, resulting in an uneven cutting edge; the installation position of the cutter is inaccurate, causing deviations during cutting; the drive mechanism malfunctions, such as unstable motor speed, loose transmission belt, etc., affecting the movement accuracy of the cutter.
Incomplete cutting: The pressure of the cutter is insufficient, and the bag cannot be completely cut; the material of the bag is too thick or too tough, exceeding the cutting capacity of the cutter; the cutting signal sent by the control system is abnormal, resulting in the cutter not working properly.
Malfunctions of the Control System
No response from the touch screen: The touch screen itself is damaged, such as a cracked screen, internal circuit faults, etc.; the connection line between the touch screen and the PLC is loose or damaged, resulting in poor signal transmission; there are errors in the PLC program, affecting the normal display and operation of the touch screen.
Abnormal operation alarm of the equipment: The sensor malfunctions, misreporting or failing to report the operation status of the equipment; there are logical errors in the PLC program, leading to misjudgment of the equipment status; a certain component of the equipment malfunctions, such as motor overload, too high temperature, etc., triggering the alarm system.
