The diaphragm gas pump head of KNF Neuberger
Temperature resistance range: It can withstand temperatures as high as 460 °F (240 °C).
Application scenarios: It is suitable for the transportation of hot gases in analysis, chemical engineering, industry and process engineering.
The high-temperature submersible pump head of BJM Pumps®
Temperature resistance range: It can withstand liquid temperatures as high as 200 °F (94 °C).
Application scenarios: It can be used in applications such as solid handling, dehydration, corrosion resistance and slurry pumping.
The pump head of the 3RP1-2 high-pressure test pump
Temperature resistance range: It is usually used in normal temperature environments, but it can adapt to relatively high temperatures to a certain extent by means of forced water cooling for temperature reduction.
Application scenarios: It is mainly used in water pressure test experiments for oil pipelines, natural gas pipelines, workpiece pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, boilers, cylinders, fire-fighting equipment, petroleum tools and so on.
If the ordinary RP1 pump head needs to be used in a high-temperature environment, external cooling measures can be tried, such as adding cooling jackets and using circulating cooling water to cool down the pump head, so as to meet the usage requirements in a high-temperature environment. Meanwhile, the impact of high temperature on the pump head materials, seals and other aspects also needs to be considered, and appropriate high-temperature-resistant materials should be selected for replacement or improvement.
