Here is some information about servo rotor pump putty filling machine:

Publication time:2025-01-11
Working Principle
It is composed of a stainless steel cam rotor pump, a servo motor, a quantitative control system, and related pipes and valves. The servo motor drives the cam to rotate, and then the rotor rotates accordingly. During the rotation of the rotor, multiple closed working chambers are formed inside the pump. During the suction stage, the volume of the working chamber increases to generate negative pressure, sucking materials such as putty into the working chamber; during the discharge stage, the volume of the working chamber decreases, the pressure on the materials increases due to squeezing, and they are pushed to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system realizes accurate control of the filling volume by controlling the rotation speed and rotation time of the servo motor.

Features
High-precision Filling: It can accurately control the flow rate to achieve high-precision filling. The filling error can be controlled within a relatively small range, such as within ±1%, ensuring that the filling amount of each bottle of putty meets the quality standards.
Wide Applicability: It can handle putty with various viscosities. Whether it is water-based putty with low viscosity or oil-based putty with high viscosity, it can be effectively filled.
Good Hygienic Performance: The components are often made of food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade materials such as stainless steel 304 or 316L. Moreover, the structural design is convenient for cleaning. For example, the pump body and pipes can be disassembled for cleaning, and the filling head is also easy to clean, meeting the hygienic requirements for putty production.
High Stability: The working process of the rotor pump is relatively stable. During long-term filling operations, it can maintain a stable flow rate and pressure, reduce equipment failures and filling quality problems, and improve production efficiency.
