About the technical parameters of yellow cream screw pump filling machine.

Filling Speed
The filling speeds of different models of yellow butter screw pump filling machines vary. Generally speaking, the filling speed of small filling machines may be 10 - 30 bottles per minute (taking the common 500g packaging as an example). Medium-sized filling machines can reach 30 - 60 bottles per minute, and the filling speed of large industrial filling machines can exceed 60 bottles per minute. This mainly depends on factors such as the rotation speed of the screw, the diameters of the inlet and outlet ports, and the power of the driving motor.


Filling Accuracy
Usually, the filling accuracy of the yellow butter screw pump filling machine can be controlled within the range of ±0.5% - ±1.5%. High-precision filling machines can better ensure that the filling volume of each bottle of yellow butter meets the set requirements, which is achieved through precise screw design and advanced metering systems. For example, some filling machines equipped with high-precision electronic metering devices can monitor and adjust the filling volume in real time to ensure the stability of product quality.


Screw Dimensions and Rotation Speed
The diameter of the screw is generally between 20 - 80mm, and the length is determined according to the overall design of the filling machine and the requirements of the filling capacity. The rotation speed range of the screw is usually 50 - 300 revolutions per minute. A lower rotation speed is suitable for yellow butter with high viscosity and containing particles, which can smoothly transport the materials and avoid damaging the structure of the materials. A higher rotation speed can improve the filling efficiency, but it may have a certain impact on the stability of the materials and needs to be adjusted according to the actual characteristics of the yellow butter.


Inlet Pressure Range
The pressure at the inlet is generally maintained between -0.02 - 0.02MPa. This pressure range helps the yellow butter to be smoothly sucked into the chambers of the screw pump. When the pressure is too low, it may lead to poor suction and affect the filling efficiency. When the pressure is too high, it may have an impact on the texture of the yellow butter and even damage the equipment.


Outlet Pressure Range
The pressure at the outlet is usually between 0.1 - 0.5MPa. Appropriate outlet pressure can ensure that the yellow butter can be filled into the packaging containers with a stable flow rate and pressure. This pressure is mainly generated by the extrusion of the yellow butter in the chambers by the rotation of the screw, and it can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the screw and the opening degree of the outlet valve.


Applicable Viscosity Range
The yellow butter screw pump filling machine is usually able to handle yellow butter with a viscosity ranging from 1000 to 100000cps (centipoise). This relatively wide viscosity range enables the filling machine to adapt to yellow butter produced by different formulations and processing techniques, such as the situation where the viscosity of yellow butter increases when the temperature is low in winter or when special ingredients are added resulting in changes in viscosity.


Power and Voltage
In terms of power, the power of small filling machines may be between 0.5 - 1.5kW, the power of medium-sized filling machines is generally between 1.5 - 3kW, and the power of large filling machines can reach 3 - 10kW. The voltage generally adopts three-phase 380V or single-phase 220V, which is specifically determined according to the equipment design and the usage environment. Appropriate power and voltage can ensure the normal operation and efficient work of the filling machine.


Pump Body Material and Sealing Performance
The pump body is usually made of stainless steel (such as 304 or 316 stainless steel). This material has good corrosion resistance and hygienic performance, which can ensure the quality and safety of yellow butter. In terms of sealing, mechanical seals or packing seals are adopted, with good sealing performance. The leakage rate can generally be controlled below 0.1% - 0.5%, effectively preventing the leakage of yellow butter, reducing waste and equipment pollution.
