Overview

Working Principle
The screw pump filling machine is mainly composed of twin screws, a pump body, a feed port, a discharge port, a driving device and other components. The twin screws rotate while meshing with each other inside the pump body. As the screws rotate, sealed chambers are formed one by one between the screws and the pump body and between the two screws. At the feed port end, when the screws rotate, the volume of the sealed chambers here gradually increases, forming a low-pressure area, so that the yellow butter to be filled is sucked into the chambers. Then, as the screws continue to rotate, the yellow butter is pushed along the axial direction. At the discharge port end, the volume of the chambers gradually decreases, generating high pressure, and then the yellow butter is accurately filled into the packaging containers.
