The following are the maintenance and upkeep methods of the servo magnetic gear pump milk filling machine:

Publication time:2025-01-06
Daily Maintenance
Cleaning the equipment: After each use, promptly remove milk residues, dust, and debris on the surface of the equipment. For components that come into direct contact with milk, such as the hopper, filling head, U-shaped pipes, etc., they need to be thoroughly cleaned with clean water or special cleaning agents to ensure there is no residue left, preventing bacteria from breeding and materials from deteriorating and affecting the next use.
Inspecting components: Check whether each component of the equipment has looseness, wear, damage, or other issues. Pay special attention to vulnerable parts such as the filling head, pipe connections, and the gears of the magnetic pump. If any problems are found with the components, they should be tightened or replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the filling accuracy and the normal operation of the equipment.
Lubrication maintenance: According to the requirements of the equipment's operation manual, regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the parts that need lubrication, such as the bearings of the servo motor and the rotating parts of the magnetic pump, to reduce friction, ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, reduce wear and tear, and extend the service life of the equipment.
Inspecting the electrical system: Check whether the electrical connections are firm and whether the wires have breakages, aging, or other phenomena to prevent malfunctions or safety accidents caused by electrical problems. Meanwhile, check whether the buttons, indicator lights, etc. on the control panel are working normally. If there are any abnormalities, repair or replace them in a timely manner.

Regular Maintenance
Maintenance of the magnetic pump: Regularly disassemble the magnetic pump and check the wear condition of the magnetic gears. If there is wear, replace them in a timely manner. Meanwhile, clean the inner cavity of the pump body and the impeller, remove possible dirt and impurities to ensure the stable performance of the pump. In addition, check whether the magnetism of the magnetic coupling is weakened. If there are problems, handle them or replace the magnetic components in a timely manner to ensure the reliability of power transmission.
Maintenance of the servo motor: Regularly clean the cooling fan and heat sink of the servo motor to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the heat dissipation effect and causing the motor to overheat. Check whether the encoder of the motor is working normally. If there is a malfunction, repair or replace it in a timely manner to ensure the control accuracy and operational stability of the motor.
Calibration of the filling system: Regularly calibrate the filling system and check the accuracy of the filling volume. Through actual filling tests, adjust relevant parameters, such as the filling time and the rotation speed of the pump, to keep the filling error within the specified range and ensure the filling quality of the products.
Inspection of pipes and valves: Check whether there are blockages, leaks, or other problems in the pipes. If there are blockages, clear them in a timely manner. If there are leaks, find the leakage points and repair or replace the seals. Meanwhile, inspect and maintain the valves to ensure that they can be opened and closed flexibly and have good sealing performance, preventing backflow or leakage of milk during the transportation process.

Handling of Special Situations
Troubleshooting: When the equipment malfunctions, such as the motor not rotating, the pump not feeding materials, or the sudden deterioration of the filling accuracy, stop the equipment in a timely manner for inspection. Find the cause of the malfunction according to the equipment's fault prompts or through detection tools and conduct targeted repairs. For some complex malfunctions, such as faults in the electrical control system or serious damage inside the magnetic pump, it is recommended that professional maintenance personnel handle them to avoid more serious damage caused by improper self-repair.
Maintenance during long-term shutdown: If the equipment needs to be shut down for a long time, first conduct a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, and then store the equipment in a dry and well-ventilated environment to prevent it from getting damp and rusting. For vulnerable parts and electronic components, consider disassembling them and storing them separately, taking good protective measures to avoid damage. Before restarting the equipment, conduct a comprehensive inspection and debugging to ensure that the equipment operates normally before putting it into use again.
