Working Principle:
The core components of the rotary pump are two rotors that rotate synchronously, such as gear rotors, cam rotors, etc. The rotors rotate within the pump chamber without contacting each other but with an extremely small clearance. When the rotors rotate, the space inside the pump chamber gradually expands, creating a negative pressure, which sucks the coconut jelly from the storage tank into the pump. Subsequently, the space decreases and the coconut jelly is smoothly pushed to the outlet, thus realizing the transportation of the coconut jelly.


Features:
High-precision Transportation: It can accurately control the flow rate, achieve high-precision filling of coconut jelly, meet the filling requirements of products with different capacities, and the filling error can be controlled within a relatively small range.
Applicable to High-viscosity Materials: Coconut jelly has a certain viscosity, and the rotary pump can effectively handle such high-viscosity materials to ensure a stable and smooth transportation process.
Good Hygienic Performance: Most of the components that come into contact with the coconut jelly are made of food-grade stainless steel materials, such as 304 or 316L, etc., which meet the hygienic requirements of food production. Moreover, its structural design is usually convenient for disassembly and cleaning, which can effectively avoid material residues and prevent the growth of bacteria.
Low Shear Force: During the process of transporting coconut jelly, the rotary pump has a relatively small shear force on the material, can maintain the original texture and taste of the coconut jelly, and will not damage its internal structure.
High Stability: The working process is stable. During long-term filling operations, it can maintain a stable flow rate and pressure, reduce equipment failures and filling quality problems, and is conducive to improving production efficiency.
Reversible Rotation: Some rotary pumps have the function of forward and reverse rotation, which is convenient for reverse operation during cleaning or in case of abnormal situations.


Common Types:
Gear Rotary Pump: It is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. It transports coconut jelly by relying on the change and movement of the working volume formed between the pump body and the meshing gears. When the gears rotate, the volume between the teeth on the suction side where the teeth are disengaged from each other gradually increases, the pressure decreases, and the coconut jelly enters the spaces between the teeth under the action of the pressure difference. As the gears continue to rotate, the coconut jelly between the teeth is taken to the discharge chamber. At this time, the volume between the teeth at the meshing part on the discharge side gradually decreases, and the coconut jelly is discharged.
Cam Rotary Pump: It adopts two rotors that move synchronously. The rotors are driven by a pair of external synchronous gears and rotate synchronously in the opposite direction under the drive of the transmission shaft. There is no contact between the rotors and between the rotors and the pump body. Instead, a clearance line or surface seal is formed, thus creating a relatively high vacuum degree and discharge pressure. It is especially suitable for the transportation of food, pharmaceuticals, corrosive and high-viscosity media, and it can also be well applied to materials like coconut jelly.


Application Scenarios:
It is mainly applied to the production and filling links of coconut jelly. It can transport coconut jelly from the storage tank to the hopper of the filling machine or directly to the packaging containers, realizing the automated filling production of coconut jelly. Besides the production of coconut jelly, it can also be widely used in the transportation of high-viscosity, particle-containing or hygienic-requirement materials in other industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries, such as jam, honey, syrup, ointment, etc.
