Rotor Design
The rotors of the lobster paste rotor pump usually adopt special geometric shapes, such as double-lobe, triple-lobe or multi-lobe rotors. These rotors closely cooperate with the pump casing during the rotation process and can effectively transport high-viscosity materials like lobster paste. For example, when the triple-lobe rotor rotates, it can divide the pump cavity into several small sealed chambers, enabling the lobster paste to be pushed smoothly and reducing the fluctuations and pulsations of the material during the transportation process.


Pump Casing Structure
The pump casing is generally made of stainless steel materials (such as 304 or 316L). This kind of material has good corrosion resistance and can adapt to the salt and other components in the lobster paste. The flow channel design inside the pump casing has been optimized to reduce resistance and ensure that the lobster paste can pass through smoothly. Meanwhile, the structural strength of the pump casing is sufficient to withstand a certain amount of pressure and prevent leakage during the filling process.


Sealing System
In order to prevent the leakage of lobster paste, the rotor pump is equipped with an efficient sealing system. Mechanical seals or packing seals are usually adopted. The mechanical seal has good sealing performance, can effectively prevent the material from seeping out, and has a relatively long service life. The packing seal has a certain degree of elasticity and can adapt to the slight vibration and displacement of the rotor.

The lobster paste rotor pump operates through a pair of rotors that rotate synchronously. When the rotors rotate, they will form a series of constantly changing sealed chambers inside the pump casing. At the suction end, the volume of the chambers increases, creating a negative pressure to suck in the lobster paste. As the rotors continue to rotate, the chambers move towards the outlet end, and the volume gradually decreases, squeezing out the lobster paste. This volumetric working mode enables the rotor pump to precisely control the transportation volume of the material, which is very beneficial for operations with high precision requirements such as filling lobster paste.
