Working Principle
There is an eccentric protrusion in the pump cavity of the flexible rotor pump. When the flexible blades leave the eccentric block, the volume between the blades keeps increasing, creating a vacuum, and the liquid is continuously sucked into the inlet part of the pump cavity. When the flexible blades rotate, the liquid is taken from the suction part of the pump cavity to the discharge part. When the flexible blades come into contact with the eccentric protrusion again, they will bend and accompanied by a squeezing action, so that the liquid is continuously and pulselessly discharged from the pump cavity, thus completing the whole process of suction and discharge. In the metering filling machine, precise control of the filling volume is achieved by controlling the rotational speed and running time of the rotor pump or combining with metering devices such as flow meters.

It can also smoothly convey materials containing particles or fibers without being prone to clogging. Meanwhile, it also has strong adaptability to packaging containers and can be applied to various packaging containers with different shapes and sizes, such as round bottles, square bottles, plastic bags, etc., having high universality and flexibility.
Easy to Clean and Maintain: It has a relatively simple structure with no complicated mechanical parts and narrow flow channels inside, so it is relatively convenient to clean. When replacing different materials, the equipment can be quickly cleaned to reduce the risk of cross-contamination of materials.
