Working Principle
There is an eccentric protrusion in the pump cavity. When the flexible blades leave the eccentric block, the volume between the blades keeps increasing, creating a vacuum, and the liquid is continuously sucked into the inlet part of the pump cavity. When the flexible blades rotate, the liquid is taken from the suction part of the pump cavity to the discharge part. When the flexible blades come into contact with the eccentric protrusion again, they will bend and accompanied by a squeezing action, so that the liquid is continuously and pulselessly discharged from the pump cavity, thus completing the whole process of suction and discharge.
Structural Features
Impeller: The impeller with good elasticity is adopted, such as materials like sanitary nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, etc. The nitrile impeller is suitable for vegetable oils, mineral oils, oil-containing media and fields with high hygiene requirements. The EPDM impeller is suitable for a wide range of media such as weak inorganic acids, organic acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols, ketones, and sewage.
Pump body: It is generally made by precision casting of stainless steel. All metal parts in contact with the flowing medium are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and hygiene, with a beautiful appearance and is durable.

Strong self-priming ability: The dry self-priming height can reach 6 meters, and with materials, the self-priming height can reach 9 meters. The self-priming time is short. It can achieve instant self-priming within 6 meters and can be completed in 2 - 3 seconds without the need for additional devices or fluid replenishment.
