Overview

Working Principle

Quantitative Filling: After being conveyed to the filling head, the amount of paint filled each time is controlled by a high-precision metering device. The metering method can be volumetric metering, that is, the injection amount of the paint is precisely controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of the rotary pump and the filling time according to the volume requirements of the filling container. There is also the weighing metering method, in which a weighing sensor is set under the filling head, and the filling will automatically stop when the set weight is reached.
Main Structural Components
Rotary Pump Part
Pump Body: Usually made of stainless steel to prevent the paint from corroding the pump body. Its internal structural design can ensure the smooth flow of the paint and reduce paint residue. The clearance between the pump body and the rotors is very small, which helps to improve the efficiency and sealing performance of the pump.
Rotors: Commonly, there are two-lobe or three-lobe rotors. The selection of their shapes and materials needs to consider the adaptability to the paint. The rotors with a smooth surface can reduce the resistance of the paint during the conveyance process and avoid excessive shearing of the paint. The material of the rotors is generally also stainless steel, ensuring the chemical stability when in contact with the paint.
Shaft Seal: The function of the shaft seal is to prevent paint leakage. For the white paint rotary pump filling machine, mechanical seals are usually adopted. The mechanical seal is composed of components such as the moving ring and the stationary ring, and can form a good seal between the high-speed rotating shaft and the pump body, and also has certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Metering Devices: As mentioned above, the metering device is the key to realizing accurate filling. It can be connected to the control system, and filling parameters such as filling amount and filling speed can be set through programming. Container Positioning Devices: To ensure the accuracy of filling, it is necessary to position the filling containers. This part of the device can be a simple positioning fixture or a combination of a conveyor belt with a relatively high degree of automation and positioning sensors. Through precise container positioning, the filling heads can accurately inject the paint into the central position of the containers to avoid paint overflow.
