Hygienic Design: Manufactured with materials that meet hygienic standards such as stainless steel, it has a smooth surface, is easy to clean, has no dead corners for hygiene, can prevent the growth of bacteria, and complies with the hygienic requirements of industries like food and medicine.


Efficient Conveyance: It can transport materials with high viscosity, containing solid particles or being shear-sensitive, such as jam in food, meat sauces, ointments in medicine, injection solutions, etc. The conveying process is stable, the flow rate is steady, and it causes little damage to the materials.


Good Self-priming Ability: Possessing a certain degree of self-priming performance, it can automatically suck in materials without the need for external auxiliary devices, and is applicable to various complex installation environments and technological processes.

Structure


Pump Body: Usually made of stainless steel, it undergoes precision processing and polishing, possessing good corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. The internal structure of the pump body is reasonably designed, and the flow channels are smooth, which can reduce material residues and blockages.


Rotor: It is the core component of the hygienic rotary pump. Common shapes include three-lobe rotors, cam rotors, etc. The surface of the rotor is smooth, and the clearance between the rotor and the pump body is extremely small, ensuring efficient conveyance and good sealing. The material of the rotor is mostly stainless steel or other materials that meet hygienic requirements.


Shaft Seal: Mechanical seals or packing seals and other methods are adopted to prevent material leakage. Mechanical seals have the advantages of good sealing performance and long service life, while packing seals have the characteristics of simple structure and low cost.


Transmission System: It includes components such as motors, reducers, and couplings. The motor provides power, the reducer can adjust the rotational speed and torque as needed, and the coupling transmits the power of the motor to the rotor to ensure the synchronous rotation of the rotor.
