Working Principle
Servo rotor pump as the core component: It consists of a pair of rotors that rotate synchronously, such as gear rotors, cam rotors and so on. The rotors rotate inside the pump body and periodically change the volume of the pump chamber to transport liquid. Taking the gear rotor pump as an example, two intermeshing gears rotate inside the pump casing. The rice slurry is brought in from the meshing part of the gears and is transported to the outlet through the space between the gears and the pump casing as the gears rotate.
Filling process: Under the action of the servo rotor pump, the rice slurry is transported from the storage tank to the filling head. The filling head is equipped with high-precision valves and flow control devices. When the container reaches the filling position, the valve of the filling head is opened, and the rice slurry flows into the container under the pressure of the pump. By controlling the opening time of the valve or the rotating speed of the pump, the filling volume can be accurately controlled.
