Minced garlic chili sauce rotor pump

Working Principle
The rotary pump mainly consists of a pair of rotors that rotate synchronously (usually in the shape of gears or cams). When the rotors rotate, a low-pressure area is formed at the inlet of the pump, allowing the minced garlic and chili sauce to be sucked into the pump chamber. As the rotors continue to rotate, the sauce in the pump chamber is enclosed in the space between the rotors and the pump casing and is forcibly transported to the outlet, thus realizing the transportation of materials.

Features
Good Adaptability:
It has good adaptability to materials containing particles like minced garlic and chili sauce. Because the structural design of the rotors allows particles of a certain size to pass through, and the internal space can accommodate solid components such as garlic granules without excessive squeezing and crushing of the particles, effectively maintaining the original particle state of the minced garlic and chili sauce.
It can adapt to minced garlic and chili sauce with different viscosities. Whether it is the relatively thin chili juice with minced garlic or the relatively thick chili sauce, the rotary pump can transport it stably. Its rotational speed can be appropriately adjusted according to the viscosity of the material to achieve the best transportation effect.

Efficient Transportation Performance:
The transportation flow rate is relatively stable. The synchronous rotation of the rotors makes the volume of the sauce sucked in and discharged each time relatively fixed, which can ensure a stable transportation flow rate within a certain period of time. This is very important for the production process that requires precise control of the sauce transportation volume, such as in the quantitative filling process of minced garlic and chili sauce.
It has a certain self-priming ability. It can suck up the minced garlic and chili sauce at a lower position and transport it to a higher position or other locations without the need for external auxiliary equipment, facilitating the transfer of the sauce between equipment at different heights, for example, from an underground storage tank to processing equipment on the ground.

Easy to Clean and Maintain:
The structure of the pump body is relatively simple. After opening the pump cover, the internal components such as the rotors and the pump chamber are relatively easy to access. After transporting the minced garlic and chili sauce, the interior can be conveniently cleaned to prevent sauce residues and deterioration from affecting the next use.
The main wearing parts are usually the rotors and seals, and the replacement of these parts is relatively simple. When the wear reaches a certain level and affects the performance of the pump, maintenance personnel can quickly replace these parts to reduce the downtime of the equipment.

Material Selection
Since minced garlic and chili sauce has a certain degree of corrosiveness (due to acidic components in chili peppers, etc.) and involves food processing, the parts of the pump body that come into contact with the sauce are usually made of stainless steel materials, such as 304 or 316 stainless steel. 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties and can meet the transportation requirements of minced garlic and chili sauce under general circumstances. 316 stainless steel contains molybdenum and is superior in corrosion resistance, especially suitable for transporting minced garlic and chili sauce with a relatively high salt content or strong acidity. Meanwhile, the seals are generally made of food-grade rubber materials, such as silica gel or fluoroelastomer, which can ensure good sealing performance and also meet food hygiene and safety standards.

Application Scenarios
Transportation in the Production Process: During the factory production process of minced garlic and chili sauce, the sauce is transported from the raw material mixing pool to the reaction kettle or storage tank in the next process. The rotary pump can effectively handle the mixed sauce containing particles such as garlic granules to ensure the continuity of the production process.
Feeding in the Filling Process: In the filling workshop, the rotary pump can accurately supply minced garlic and chili sauce to the filling equipment. Due to its characteristic of a stable flow rate, it can make the amount of sauce in each filling bottle meet the standard requirements, and it can also adapt to the needs of filling bottles of different specifications by adjusting the rotational speed and other methods.
