Rotary Positive Displacement Pump
Features: It has high efficiency and a long service life. It can transport suspended liquids containing solid particles with a temperature range from -30℃ to +80℃ and a viscosity of 30 - 1.0×10⁵ cst, as well as media with high requirements for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The parts inside the pump body that come into contact with the medium are all made of stainless steel materials. Moreover, the rotational speed of the pump can be adjusted according to the different physical properties of the medium. The rotor design can improve the passageability of the medium, and basically there will be no blockage. The drive shaft is equipped with a shaft sleeve, which can extend the service life of the drive shaft. Maintenance is also relatively convenient, and parts can be replaced by simply opening the cover.
Twin Screw Pump
Features: There is no metal contact between the screws and the pump casing. It can transport materials that are non-lubricating, corrosive or polluting. When the pump rotates, the two meshing screws form a cavity along the pump casing and transport the medium in the cavity from the inlet to the high-pressure outlet. The pump has flexible rotation directions. By simply changing the rotation direction of the shaft, the pump can be reversed and the inlet becomes the outlet. The rotational speed can reach 3600 rpm. It can be used to transport materials that are sensitive to shear forces, have high viscosity and contain a large number of particles. Through the specially designed twin screw system, the screws are meshed with each other but do not contact each other, and the clearance control precision with the inner wall of the cavity is high, so it can stably transport materials without destroying or shearing them. All parts in contact with the materials are made of hygienic stainless steel materials. There are no vulnerable parts such as rubber stators, which can reduce the production costs for customers and the time costs caused by equipment shutdowns. It can transport particles with a diameter of up to 40 mm.
Diaphragm Pump
Features: The diaphragm pump transports materials through the reciprocating movement of the diaphragm. It has good sealing performance and self-priming ability. It can transport materials containing certain particles, and the shear force on the particles during the transportation process is relatively small, which can better maintain the integrity of the particles in the minced garlic and chili sauce. The flow rate and pressure of the diaphragm pump are relatively stable and can be adjusted according to actual needs. In addition, it also has a strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for transporting minced garlic and chili sauce with a certain degree of corrosiveness.
Application Scenarios: It is widely used in some small-scale minced garlic and chili sauce production enterprises or in scenarios with small-batch transportation. For example, in small food processing factories, it is used to transport the well-mixed minced garlic and chili sauce from the mixing tank to the filling equipment.
Peristaltic Pump
Features: The peristaltic pump transports materials by squeezing the hose with rollers. It exerts a very small shear force on the materials and is especially suitable for transporting minced garlic and chili sauce that contains particles and is easily damaged by shear forces. It has a high-precision flow control ability, can accurately control the transportation volume, and can operate stably at a low flow rate. In addition, the hose of the peristaltic pump is the part that directly contacts the materials. It is convenient to replace the hose, easy to clean and maintain, and can effectively avoid material residues and cross-contamination.
Application Scenarios: It is often used in occasions where there are high hygiene requirements, the transportation volume is not large but the flow rate needs to be accurately controlled. For example, in the laboratory during the small-scale or pilot-scale tests of minced garlic and chili sauce, it is used to accurately transport a certain amount of sauce; or in some high-end food production with extremely high requirements for sauce quality, it is used to accurately add minced garlic and chili sauce to other foods.
