Preparations Before Starting the Machine
Check the Equipment Status: Firstly, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the filling machine. Check whether there is any damage to the appearance of the machine and whether all connecting parts are firmly fixed. For example, check whether the interfaces of the oil inlet pipeline and the oil outlet pipeline are well sealed to avoid leakage during the filling process. Meanwhile, also check the electrical parts to ensure that the power plug is properly connected, the wires are undamaged, and electrical components such as buttons, touch instruments, and sensors can work normally.
Cleaning and Disinfection: Since Longan Paste is a food product, it has high hygiene requirements. Before use, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the filling machine. Use special food-grade cleaners to clean the parts that come into contact with Longan Paste, such as the cam rotor pump, filling heads, anti-drip and anti-leak nozzles, valves, and container conveyor tracks, to remove possible residual impurities and dirt. Then, adopt appropriate disinfection methods, such as using high-temperature steam or food-grade disinfectants for disinfection treatment to ensure that the equipment meets food hygiene standards.
Material Preparation: Check whether the raw materials of Longan Paste are ready and whether conditions such as its texture and temperature are suitable for filling. If the temperature of Longan Paste is too low, it may lead to an increase in viscosity and affect the filling effect; if the temperature is too high, it may affect the product quality. Meanwhile, make sure that there are no large solid impurities in Longan Paste to prevent clogging of the pump body or filling heads.

Debugging After Starting the Machine
Connect to the Power Supply: Connect the filling machine to a power supply that meets the requirements and turn on the main power switch. At this time, the electrical parts will be powered on, and all indicator lights will light up, indicating that the equipment enters the standby state.
Parameter Setting: Enter the parameter setting interface through touch instruments or button controls. Set parameters such as the filling volume and filling speed according to the characteristics of Longan Paste and filling requirements. For example, if 100 grams of Longan Paste need to be filled in each bottle, enter "100 grams" in the corresponding parameter column; if you want to fill 30 bottles per minute, set the filling speed to the corresponding value. For some filling machines with automated functions, parameters for functions such as no filling without bottles and foam suction back can also be set.
Trial Run: Before formal filling, conduct a short trial run first. Start the servo motor to make the cam rotor pump start operating and let Longan Paste circulate in the oil extraction system and the filling system for a short period of time. Observe the flow of Longan Paste, check whether the discharge from the filling heads is uniform and smooth, and whether the anti-drip and anti-leak nozzles can effectively prevent dripping and leakage. Meanwhile, check whether all sensors are working normally, such as whether the sensor for detecting whether the bottles are in place can accurately identify them.

Formal Filling
Place Containers: Place the containers (such as bottles, bags, etc.) prepared for filling Longan Paste on the container conveyor track or fixed positions of the filling machine. Ensure that the containers are placed neatly, stably, and can be accurately recognized by the positioning device of the filling machine.
Start Filling: Press the start button, and the filling machine will start formal filling. At this time, the servo motor will drive the cam rotor pump at the set rotation speed to suck Longan Paste from the inlet port and transport it to the filling heads through the outlet pipeline. The valves of the filling heads will open, and Longan Paste will flow accurately into the containers according to the set filling volume. During the filling process, operators can observe the filling situation to ensure that the filling volume of Longan Paste is accurate and that the filling process of the containers proceeds smoothly.
Process Monitoring: During the entire filling process, it is necessary to monitor the operating status of the filling machine. Pay attention to observing whether the parameters displayed on the touch instruments, such as the filling volume and filling speed, are stable; check whether there are abnormal sounds or vibrations in the machine. If there are abnormal situations, it may indicate that the machine has malfunctioned or some parts are loose. Meanwhile, also pay attention to the liquid level of Longan Paste to ensure that the oil extraction system can continuously and stably extract Longan Paste.

Shutdown and Cleaning
Completion of Filling: After all containers have been filled, press the stop button to stop the operation of the filling machine. At this time, the servo motor will stop rotating, the cam rotor pump will stop extracting oil, and the valves of the filling heads will close.
Clean the Equipment: Clean the remaining Longan Paste from the inlet port or other relevant parts to avoid the remaining Longan Paste from drying up or deteriorating in the equipment and affecting the next use. Use cleaners and clean water to clean the parts that come into contact with Longan Paste again to remove the residual paste. After cleaning, use clean towels or compressed air to dry the moisture on the surface and inside of the equipment to prevent rusting.
Shutdown and Power Off: Turn off the power switch of the filling machine, unplug the power plug, and place the equipment properly in a dry and ventilated place.

However, there may be differences in the operational details of Longan Paste filling machines of different models and manufacturers. Some filling machines with more complex functions, such as those equipped with functions for switching between multiple packaging forms, automatic labeling, and automatic detection, may have slightly more complicated operation processes, and operators need to undergo certain training to master them proficiently.
